The original Issoku wooden last AJ-1 was designed to fit the Vibram sole.
It has been upgraded to a center-fold type.

By folding the bag in the middle, the wooden mold folds in a V shape, making it easier to put in and take out than ever before.
It can also be used on shoes with fixed openings (other than lace-up shoes).
*Using a shoe wood die cutting table will make the center folding process smoother.

The bottom of the last is designed to fit the sole, so it can be used for shoe making, shoe repair, sole swapping, etc.

You can also use it to make your own original wooden molds by carving or applying putty yourself.

How to smoothly insert a wooden mold

- Using a shoe wood die cutting table will make the work go more smoothly.
- Remove the shoelaces and use a shoe horn to help the shoes fit smoothly onto the last.
- If you remove the insole, the wooden last will fit in smoothly.
- If you are using it for sole swaps or repairs, it may be easier to use a size smaller.

There may be scrapes or uneven coloring, but this is unavoidable in the manufacturing process as the main raw material is recycled plastic. There is no problem with use, so please use it with confidence.
